Basic permanent makeup training

About the training

Training consists of theoretical and practical parts. During the practical part, students work with demonstration models, complete academic practice, home assignments and additional tasks, and all models are prepared according to the student’s needs. Financial resources and marketing basics are also covered. A permanent makeup specialist certificate is issued. Additional practice and employment opportunities at CLINIC Emilijos Permanent may also be provided.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Training materials / practice workbook: theory and application of techniques, device and needle variety, differences, facial anatomy, eyebrow architecture, pigment color plans, procedure process and aftercare, correction details, old permanent makeup removal options and removal methods.

Pigments — all essential starter-kit colors required to perform different techniques. Main shades for the lip and eyebrow areas.

Other necessary tools and supplies required to successfully continue working after the training — a complete starter kit.

Tools required for sketching and shaping: lip and eyebrow pencils, rulers and measuring tools.

Practice on artificial skin and live models.

After successfully completing the training, a Permanent Makeup / Micropigmentation Specialist certificate is issued.

THEORY
Facial anatomy and proportions.
Eyebrows and their shape adaptation. Procedure process, workflow, hygiene. Manual and machine method differences, and the differences and application of all existing techniques.
Pigments: types, colorimetry, fading, pigment insertion principles, removal options and correction possibilities. Variety of devices, operating principles and speed. Needles and their variety.
The entire theory required to understand this specialty well — from skin structure to technical fundamentals.

EYEBROWS
Eyebrow architecture, measuring principles and shaping options. Eyebrow styling — choosing techniques according to the client’s individual features: powder brows, ombré, shading.
Drawing eyebrow shapes on paper, understanding symmetry/asymmetry, correction. Practical training in facial proportion assessment and eyebrow shaping.
Working with the device on artificial skin. Eyebrow micropigmentation demonstration performed by trainer Emilija Petrulytė. Homework assignments are given.

LIPS
Lip anatomy and physiology basics. Techniques: ombré, full lip shading, contouring. Watercolor / Lip Blush color application.
Asymmetry correction, combination with fillers. Lip micropigmentation demonstration performed by trainer Emilija Petrulytė.

PRACTICE · MARKETING
Applying acquired knowledge in eyebrow and lip micropigmentation practice with live models.
Work is carried out under the trainer’s supervision. The first model is eyebrows, the second is lips.
Overview of financial resources, self-employment and social media marketing. Practical final work under the trainer’s supervision, choosing either eyebrows or lips.
